You will work closely with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner. Roles & Responsibilities Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates for IT positions in the US, using job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster), networking, and direct sourcing methods. Client Requirement Gathering: Understand client job requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity in job descriptions and candidate profiles. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, including resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and negotiation. Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews and technical screenings to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and skills against client needs. Negotiation & Offer Management: Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates, ensuring the best fit for both candidates and clients. Visa & Compliance: Ensure candidates meet all necessary visa and work authorization requirements, including knowledge of H-1B, E3, TN, and OPT visas, as well as familiarity with W2, 1099, and C2C tax terms. Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide candidate updates, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Reporting & Metrics: Maintain weekly and monthly recruitment reports, tracking candidate pipelines, placements, and client feedback. Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest IT recruitment trends and technologies in the US market to ensure the best recruitment practices are applied. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, network engineering, systems administration, cloud computing, etc. US Staffing Expertise: Knowledge of the US staffing industry, including an understanding of work visas (H-1B, E3, TN), and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C). Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in sourcing candidates using job boards like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and through advanced Boolean search techniques. Interviewing & Assessment: Experience conducting in-depth technical interviews and assessing candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Negotiation & Closing: Strong ability to negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms in line with industry standards. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate interactions. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills. Tech Tools: Proficiency in using Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and recruitment software (ATS, CRM). Preferred Qualifications Bench Sales Experience: Prior experience working with bench sales or consulting professionals is a plus. Vendor Management: Experience managing relationships with external recruitment agencies or vendors.
