Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, maintaining, and enhancing a closed logistics and material handling system - Optimizing and continuously improving material flow, shipping, and warehousing technology - Creating and monitoring production plans - Safeguarding inventory management - Aligning organizational operations with the changing needs of internal and external customers - Inventory control - Overseeing daily administration and planning activities (establishing, monitoring, and improving KPI indicators, supervising logistics planning, developing storage and packaging technologies, communicating with customers and suppliers, supervising the development, training, and implementation of SAP, SAP MasterData, WSW, JIS, IRS, PRISMA, EDI, monitoring material usage accounting and SAP-tracked material movement processes) - Personnel management, workforce planning, and development - Budget planning and responsibility for costs - Planning investments - Supporting and ensuring professional training - Reporting to the management board In return, we offer: - Company car (for personal use) - Accommodation support (in case of factory lease) We are looking for candidates with: - Degree in economics or engineering, preferably in logistics - Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry - At least 5 years of leadership experience in a large organization with multiple hierarchical levels - In-depth knowledge of OEM - Familiarity with methods and tools for regulating material flow (Kanban, EDI, ERP systems) - Expertise in procurement and valuation processes - Proficient in English language (both spoken and written) - Professional experience/knowledge of JIS processes - SAP knowledge - Excellent negotiation and influencing skills - Decision-making abilities,
