Job Summary:

Workout Plus Gym is seeking experienced and passionate Gym Trainers (Male & Female) who are committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the fitness industry and must hold a valid gym trainer certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized workout programs based on individual fitness levels and goals.
• Instruct members on correct usage of gym equipment and ensure proper form during exercises.
• Provide fitness assessments and body composition analysis.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the gym.
• Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness targets.
• Educate clients on lifestyle choices, nutrition basics, and exercise techniques.
• Conduct group workout sessions (optional if applicable).

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Gym/Fitness Trainer.
• Valid Gym Trainer Certificate from a recognized institute is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, nutrition, and exercise science.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide clients with diverse fitness needs.
• Physically fit and energetic with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of diet and supplementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
