Role Overview: As a Gym Instructor at Radisson Hotel Group, your role goes beyond just handing out towels. You will be part of the Leisure department committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for guests. You will join a passionate team dedicated to ensuring that facilities are top-notch and providing a hospitality experience that exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide instruction, support, and encouragement to help members achieve their fitness goals. - Guide clients of all fitness levels through effective workout routines. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition. - Motivate and inspire clients to maintain their fitness journey. - Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all members. Qualifications Required: - Certification in fitness instruction or personal training. - Previous experience as a gym or fitness instructor preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate clients of all fitness levels. - Knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and equipment usage. - Possess First Aid & CPR certification. - Exhibit professionalism, patience, and understanding towards clients. - Understanding of anatomy & physiology.
