Provide assistance in all legal matters and advice in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, agreements, etc. Drafting Correspondence in legal matters. Scheduling, coordinating and confirming court dates, appointments and meetings. Maintenance of staff personal files Processing of Staff Agreements, Appointments and Resignations etc Salary Sheet Preparation, Pay Slip Preparation and Issue Preparation and Renewal of agreements for conveyance, AMC’s, Rent etc Renewal of Certificates. Managing Labour Law Notices and Cases Representing the school in Court cases. Handling Disciplinary cases/matters Reporting of work carried out through DTRs (Daily Task Reports) and MTRs (Monthly Task Reports).
