About GW Products GW Products is one of the fastest-growing B2B distributors of alternative products in the U.S., serving over 175,000 retail customers. Our catalog includes vapes, nicotine pouches, compressed gases, beverages, and accessories. As we scale globally, we're building a results-driven inside sales team to fuel our digital sales engine and maximize our global reach. We're looking for experienced Inside Sales Agents with a strong background in U.S. or U.K. markets to join our remote sales force. This role is perfect for sales pros with a hunter mindset who thrive in fast-paced digital environments and are passionate about helping businesses grow. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new leads and close deals Manage and grow a pipeline of retail and distributor accounts Perform product demos via Zoom or phone where applicable Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, deals, and follow-ups in CRM systems (GoHighLevel and Odoo) Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Communicate with prospects and customers in a professional and persuasive manner Collaborate with team leads and marketing to execute campaigns and improve outreach strategies Work U.S. business hours, Monday to Friday (8 hours/day) Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary + commissions Performance bonuses based on meeting or exceeding targets Long-term growth opportunities within the company Requirements Minimum 4 years of remote inside sales experience in U.S. or U.K. market OR proven call center sales background Experience using CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, Odoo, and other sales platforms Comfortable working full-time in U.S. time zones Tech-savvy and fluent in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and productivity tools Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) What We Offer Global remote flexibility High earning potential with clear performance-based incentives Access to in-demand B2B products A fast-growing team with room for advancement and leadership How to Apply Apply via our career page: https://gw-design.odoo.com/jobs/apply/inside-sales-representative-38 Note: Only candidates who applied on our website will be considered.
