We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining financial products and services, and generating leads to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about loans. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Handle customer queries courteously and professionally. Follow up with interested customers to ensure successful closures. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of financial products is an advantage. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
