Company Overview We are a leading manufacturer of embroidery threads with a strong presence in the domestic and export market. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle and convert business leads from online platforms like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, and Justdial. Key Responsibilities Handle daily incoming leads from IndiaMart, TradeIndia, and Justdial. Make prompt calls and send WhatsApp/email responses to inquiries. Maintain follow-up with prospective customers until closure. Understand customer requirements and share product details, quotations, and offers. Update lead status regularly in CRM/Google Sheets/Excel. Coordinate with the senior sales team for bulk or complex inquiries. Ensure high responsiveness and maintain professional communication with all prospects. Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales / lead generation / inside sales (B2B preferred). Familiarity with IndiaMart/TradeIndia Justdial platforms is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email drafting). Ability to handle follow-ups consistently and convert leads into orders.
