Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced National Sales Head to lead our Sales and Marketing functions. This role will be responsible for scaling up distribution through quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto) and modern retail chains (e.g., Big Bazaar, Reliance Retail, Spencer’s) while building a strong consumer brand across India. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Distribution Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company goals. Identify, onboard, and manage quick commerce and modern trade partners. Expand retail presence across metros and Tier 1 cities. Manage regional sales teams, set targets, and track performance metrics. Drive revenue growth through volume, visibility, and availability. Marketing & Brand Building Oversee BTL activations, in-store promotions, and digital brand campaigns. Collaborate with creative and digital teams for marketing strategy and execution. Conduct regular market analysis and consumer insights research. Operations & Team Management Forecast sales, monitor inventory, and streamline supply chain needs with operations. Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on training and performance. Monitor trade spends, ROI, and profitability per channel. Desired Profile: Experience: 5–10 years in FMCG/beverages , with at least 3 years in a regional/zonal sales role. Proven success in working with quick commerce, modern trade, or retail chains. Strong understanding of GTM strategy, pricing, trade marketing, and retail negotiations. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
