As a Production Executive specializing in Gummy Manufacturing, your presence is required at our New Delhi site on a full-time basis. Your remuneration for this pivotal role ranges from INR 16,000 to 20,000 per month, commensurate with your experience level of 1 to 3 years in a similar domain. Your primary responsibility entails hands-on management of the gummy production operations, ensuring seamless functioning of the production floor. This involves proficiently handling gummy processing machinery, meeting production targets, and upholding hygiene and safety standards aligned with GMP protocols. Key Responsibilities - Operate gummy manufacturing equipment like cookers, depositors, conveyors, and mixers - Monitor batch processing parameters including temperature control, texture, and setting - Maintain meticulous production logs and batch records in adherence to GMP standards - Strictly adhere to sanitation, hygiene, and food safety protocols - Supervise gummy molding, demolding, oiling, and drying procedures - Identify and resolve production challenges and equipment malfunctions - Collaborate with stores, QA/QC, and packaging departments for streamlined operations - Ensure accurate material movement and consumption records Qualifications & Skills - 1-3 years of experience in food or nutraceutical manufacturing, preferably in gummy or confectionery production - Proficiency in cooking, depositing, and drying processes in gelatin or pectin-based gummy lines - Familiarity with GMP, FSSAI, and hygiene standards in a production setting - Ability to excel in shift-based operations and meet production deadlines - Strong observational skills and exceptional attention to detail - Basic technical acumen in operating and maintaining production machinery - Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field is advantageous,
