Position: Junior Embryologist Location: Gulmohar Fertility & IVF Centre, Panchkula Job Description: Gulmohar Fertility & IVF Centre is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Embryologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various laboratory procedures related to assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including the handling of gametes (sperm and eggs), embryo culture, and cryopreservation. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior embryologists with daily laboratory tasks, including IVF, ICSI, and embryo culture. Perform sperm preparation, embryo grading, and cryopreservation procedures. Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and patient data. Ensure adherence to laboratory protocols and quality control standards. Handle laboratory equipment and ensure its proper maintenance. Collaborate with the medical and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, biotechnology, or a related field. Prior experience or training in embryology or IVF laboratories is mandatory. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and grow in the field of embryology.
