🎙 Anchor Intern (Political) – Gulel Location: Kanpur (On-site) Type: 6-month paid internship with a performance-based pre-placement offer About Gulel: Gulel is an independent storytelling platform where stories travel farther than the slingshot’s reach. We follow the echoes of a changing India through its art, rebellion, faith, fashion, and everyday fire. Role Overview: We are looking for a curious and confident Anchor Intern who already follows politics and social issues closely. You should know what’s happening on the ground, what people are talking about, and what stories matter. You will: Research and script short explainers or interviews on political and social issues Appear on camera for YouTube and social videos Assist with field shoots and recordings Work with the editorial team to find new story ideas You should: Actively follow political news, policies, and people’s movements Be comfortable speaking on camera in Hindi and English Have good communication and research skills Bring your own perspective and voice to every story To Apply: Send us: A short video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and sharing your view on a current political story A short note on why you want to work with Gulel 📩 Email: gulelstories@gmail.com
