Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers to sell credit cards. Explain the features, benefits of credit card. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team briefings. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients post-sale. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals. Key Requirements: Proven experience in credit card sales or health insurance sales or life insurance sales only. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Strong persuasion skills. Basic understanding of financial products and services. Excellent Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: North Indian Hindi, Tamil, Bengali or Kannada. Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentives.
