The role encompasses various day-to-day tasks, including customer service, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will embody the brand’s values, providing exceptional service and contributing to the cafe’s vibrant ambiance. Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Experience in preparing and serving coffee and other beverages Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere Team player with good communication skills Passion for coffee and familiarity with cafe operations Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent
