About the Role Join our Gulabgiri family as a Part-Time Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. You’ll drive sales of our premium rose water and related beauty-liquid products to individual customers, distributors, and resellers. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell rose water and related beauty products to various channels—individual customers, small retailers, beauty parlors, distributors, and resell markets. Conduct in-person product demonstrations, highlighting benefits, usage techniques, and unique selling points of rose water. Identify and engage potential distributors or resellers in Ahmedabad, build relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals. Educate customers (retailers and end users) about product applications, ingredients, and advantages in beauty routines. Handle your own basic sales administration: maintaining sales logs, tracking leads, and providing feedback on customer needs and local market trends. Collaborate with.brand & marketing teams to personalize promotions or events in Ahmedabad. Required Skills & Qualifications Location : Must be based in Ahmedabad and available to travel locally. Availability : 15–25 hours per week (flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends to meet clients). Strong interpersonal and communication skills —able to engage both end users and trade partners confidently. Sales expertise : Prior experience in beauty, FMCG or retail sales preferred—ideally with product demos and building distributor or retail networks. Product knowledge : Passion for beauty or botanical products and ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate product benefits. Negotiation & relationship-building : Capable of establishing trust with distributors, small business owners, or salon owners. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
