Role & Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and leads. Explain real estate project details, pricing, amenities, and location benefits clearly. Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospects and field sales team. Follow up regularly via phone, WhatsApp, and email to maintain client interest. Log all interactions and lead updates in CRM software. Collaborate with on-ground sales to close deals effectively. Achieve monthly KPIs for lead qualification, site visits, and conversions. Stay updated on local market trends and competitors to pitch effectively. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer service (Real Estate preferred). Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Target-oriented and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with CRM tools and basic computer tasks.
