Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Manpower Supply / Staffing / Labour Contracting Reporting To: Operations Manager / Director Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Officer to manage and coordinate the recruitment and deployment of skilled and unskilled manpower across various client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, mobilizing, supervising, and ensuring the smooth operation of manpower supply as per client requirements in industrial, commercial, and construction sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and mobilize skilled (e.g., electricians, welders, fitters) and unskilled (e.g., helpers, loaders, housekeeping) workers from different regions. Maintain a database of available manpower and manage ongoing workforce needs for different client projects. Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and deployment schedules. Conduct initial screening, verification, and documentation of laborers. Ensure timely reporting of manpower at client sites and maintain discipline and attendance. Provide orientation to workers regarding work rules, client expectations, and safety procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, labor agents, and local village-level contacts. Monitor performance and resolve site-level issues between workers and clients. Submit daily or weekly reports of site visits, manpower status, and any escalations. Support wage distribution, grievance handling, and field-level documentation
