About the Role: GEO is seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to join as a Manager . The ideal candidate should be experienced in PR, Business Development, or working with Associations, with strong communication skills in both English and Gujarati. Key Responsibilities: Contribute ideas for GEO’s programs and initiatives Assist the Deputy Executive Director (DY ED) and Executive Director (ED) Identify and coordinate with speakers, faculties, and participants for training events Lead efforts in resource mobilization Establish and manage permanent networking centres outside Baroda Develop and plan direct linkages with semi-urban towns Work actively to increase GEO membership Prepare reports and updates for ED Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in similar Associations or large companies (preferably in PR or Business Development) Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Gujarati Pleasing personality and passionate about work Willingness to travel within and outside Gujarat Strong networking skills Graduate/Postgraduate/Diploma in any discipline (Marketing preferred) Good geographic knowledge of Gujarat
