About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Customise SharePoint sites to meet organisational needs and enhance user experience 2. Create and maintain custom Power Apps and automated workflows to improve business processes 3. Develop and manage a modern intranet experience within Office 365, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement 4. Set up, configure, and support Viva Engage, Copilot, and other relevant Office 365 productivity tools 5. Manage SharePoint administration, including permissions, site structure, and regular maintenance 6. Monitor site usage, storage, and performance for two entities within the organisation 7. Support a distributed workforce of around 300 users, providing troubleshooting and user guidance 8. Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to organisational policies 9. Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement solutions 10.
