JOB DESCRIPTION

• To impart training on sight-reading, theory and practicals on the subject with a detailed lesson plan and instruction materials.
• To be able to identify, inspire, guide and uplift by ensuring the progress in a systematic way.
• Must have good communication skills, personality, qualifications and enough experience in the field of teaching and performance.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• To teach all the aspects of Guitar instrument, especially recorder and music theory.
• To prepare students for in-house, inter-school activities and annual music concerts.
• Must be willing to work in a team with a positive attitude and be responsible for all the department plans in-connection with the subject.
• Must provide the awareness and insights about the industry of music and its career opportunities.
• Should take care of the classroom facilities, instruments and equipment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To be accountable for a well-planned training program and the delivery of quality performance.
• Preparing students for various occasions that occur from primary to the secondary level in advance.

AREAS OF CONSULTATION

• All areas related to the subject planning, preparation, execution and its performances.
• Selection of songs, syllabus, recording, stage preparations and instrumentation.
• Music theory, history and yearly assessments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Tiruvalla, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
