Job Description

You have a fantastic opportunity to join as a Guidewire All Modules Test Lead with over 10 years of experience in the Guidewire suite, encompassing Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center. As a Test Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end test strategy and execution across all three modules - Claim Center, Policy Center, and Billing Center. Your role will require expertise in cross-module integration testing to ensure a smooth data flow and seamless functionality across different platforms. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing testing frameworks for complex Guidewire system upgrades and migrations. In this position, you will conduct various types of testing such as functional, regression, automation, and performance testing across the modules. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure alignment between claims, policy, and billing processes. As a Test Lead, you will drive test optimization and continuous improvement in Agile environments. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing defect management, risk analysis, and test reporting across all modules. Proficiency in utilizing test management tools like JIRA, ALM, MTM, and Rally for efficient planning and execution is crucial for this role. Additionally, providing technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams will be a key part of your responsibilities. Candidates with Guidewire certification and experience in large-scale upgrade/migration projects are highly desirable for this role.
