Your responsibilities will include: - Developing an understanding of the business domain and collaborating with subject matter experts and business partners to enhance your domain knowledge. - Promoting a culture of highly automated testing to maintain high standards and continuously improve software quality through automation and monitoring. - Participating in code reviews, enforcing best coding practices, and organizational coding standards. - Identifying problems and proposing solutions to enhance automated test code and improve maintenance. - Working with customers and internal partners to understand business impacts and identify opportunities/problems arising from technical decisions. - Collaborating with leads and QA Architects to establish a technical vision, define best practices, and make decisions to ensure team success. - Solving complex problems by translating them into feasible solutions for implementation. - Creating test scenarios to deliver high-quality solutions to customers by collaborating with subject matter experts and business partners. - Actively participating in team discussions, scoping, prioritization, and Agile ceremonies.
