Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Guidewire Practice Head based in Chennai. The Guidewire Practice Head will be responsible for leading the Guidewire practice, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and aligning the practice with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include overseeing software development projects, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, and working closely with clients to deliver on project expectations within budget and timelines. Additionally, the role will involve mentoring team members and providing technical expertise to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development, with expertise in Guidewire implementation and integration.
• Strong Team Leadership and Management skills, including the ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects.
• Expert knowledge in Enterprise Architecture, including system design and aligning IT solutions with business goals.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry and certifications in Guidewire technology are highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
