Guidewire Policy Center Technical Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining NTT DATA as a Guidewire Policy Center Technical Lead, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Guidewire Insurance Suite based on client requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire Billing Center with enterprise applications. Additionally, you will be working on multiple Billing Modes on Guidewire suite and leveraging Guidewire provided Tools and accelerators to optimize system performance and streamline business workflow. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement solutions using Guidewire Insurance Suite based on client requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of Guidewire Billing Center with enterprise applications - Work on multiple Billing Modes on Guidewire suite - Leverage Guidewire provided Tools and accelerators for optimizing system performance and streamlining business workflow - Develop and maintain the Rating Module to ensure policy rating aligns with business requirements - Monitor system performance using tools like Splunk, Datadog to proactively identify and resolve potential issues - Implement and manage the Guidewire APD to support product definition and lifecycle journey - Integrate Guidewire Insurance Suite with other enterprise applications for data consistency and integrity - Develop PCF and Gosu components to meet business requirements and enhance user experience - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to ensure adherence to defined Guidewire standards - Contribute to improving system architecture and design for enhanced platform scalability and performance - Collaborate with business to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Mentor the team on application and technology Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center with Specialist/Ace certification - Proficiency in Guidewire Tools and accelerators - Experience with Rating, Splunk, and Datadog - Strong understanding of Guidewire APD, Data Model, and integration - Experience with PCF and Gosu development - Strong Guidewire debugging and root cause analysis skills - Experience with Guidewire minor version updates and performance tuning methods - Good understanding of configuration and integration concepts of Guidewire - Experience with planning and deployments of various Guidewire code components for sprint releases - Experience with identifying and fixing critical DBCC is a plus - Strong analytical and logical skills - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Guidewire Certification on Cloud version of Policy Center (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
