Guidewire PC Config Manager

As a Guidewire Claim Centre Support Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in managing support projects related to Guidewire PolicyCenter. With a minimum experience level of 9+ years, you will be responsible for designing, building, supporting, and performing defect fixes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Guidewire PolicyCenter Support and Maintenance projects, ensuring successful execution - Conducting Root Cause Analysis and providing fixes for issues - Maintaining and supporting applications, implementing enhancements, conducting testing, and managing deployments - Managing Guidewire PC Configuration & Integration - Ensuring adherence to key SLAs and KPIs for project success - Being flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift - India Shift, US Shift) and On Call Support on a rostered rotational basis To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Deep understanding of Guidewire framework Policy Centre, implementation, architecture, and components - Certification in Guidewire PolicyCenter 9.0 version + - Proficiency in Configuration, Integration, and development streams - Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, web services, and API integration - Familiarity with production support activities and tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-ui, etc. - Understanding of service management, change management, SLAs, and estimator tools - Exposure to incident management, problem management, and SDLC life cycle - Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, etc. In addition to the exciting role, at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and truly global delivery network across various locations.
