We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 1 to 3 years of industry experience to join our team as an EY Consultant in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter Configuration and Integration, with excellent business communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire engagements as a team member. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure seamless project execution. Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reports to the lead. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members. ### Job Requirements BE/BTech/MCA degree with a sound industry experience of 1 to 3 years. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter Configuration and Integration. Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Strong understanding of Java 5, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Proficiency in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Excellent business communication skills and prior client-facing experience. Understanding and experience with software development best practices. Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably from an insurance domain background.
