Key Responsibilities: - Work as a Manager (Technical leader) on various Guidewire implementation projects - Collaborate with onsite coordinators, interface with customer representatives, and communicate project deliverables effectively - Mentor project team members and provide regular status reports to Program Managers - Build a quality culture, manage performance reviews, foster teamwork, and provide training and mentorship to project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the team Qualification Required: - BE/BTech/MCA & MBA with 8-10 years of industry experience - Proficient in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter Configuration and/or Guidewire Integration - Demonstrated knowledge in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products within the insurance domain - Strong technical skills in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, Enterprise Messaging Systems, Tomcat, and Websphere/Weblogic - Real-time experience in enterprise system integration and software development best practices - Excellent business communication, leadership, client-facing, and project management skills - Additional experience in Guidewire implementations/upgrades and prior client-facing experience Company Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while enhancing trust in the capital markets.
