Guidewire Integration

As a Senior Software Engineer at ValueMomentums Engineering Center, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of software developers and contribute to solving complex business problems. With your in-depth technical knowledge, you will play a crucial role in producing, testing, and debugging codes. Additionally, you will guide engineers and developers in following software development best practices, ultimately leading the team to drive change and innovation. **Responsibilities:** - Serve as a technical lead, directing the efforts of development teams, both internal and external - Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components across the software stack - Identify root causes for complex software issues and develop practical, efficient solutions - Stay updated on new technologies, evaluating and making recommendations as necessary - Assist in task planning, estimation, and scheduling - Mentor Software Engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge - Identify process improvements and best practices while developing new processes - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management - Write, modify, and debug software for client applications - Remain composed and effective during crises - Stay abreast of the latest development practices **Requirements:** - 4-10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in Guidewire integration development, preferably forms integration - Experience in integration with Guidewire Products like Claim Center, Policy Center, Billing Center - Proficiency with integration components such as APIs, web services, and data mappings - Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and related technologies - Experience in the Insurance domain, particularly in commercial and personal lines of business - Exposure to Agile/Scrum Project Experience - Strong conceptual, analytical, and mathematical skills **Good To Have:** - Guidewire certification on the Integration track is advantageous - Awareness of Cloud Implementation is beneficial - Experience working in Agile environments is preferred At ValueMomentum, a leading solutions provider for the global property & casualty insurance industry, you will be part of a team that offers comprehensive services across the P&C insurance value chain.
