Job Description

The Product Configurator (ISG) role is crucial for customizing and configuring Guidewire Insurance Suite applications to align with client requirements. Your primary focus will be on PolicyCenter, necessitating proficiency in GW Cloud Integration Framework and PCF. Working within a hybrid model, your efforts will ensure the seamless integration and functionality of insurance applications, thereby supporting the company's mission of providing innovative insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include customizing and configuring Guidewire Insurance Suite applications to meet specific client needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of PolicyCenter with other systems using the GW Cloud Integration Framework. Additionally, your tasks will involve developing and maintaining configurations using PCF and Gosu to enhance application performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, you will implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of insurance processes. As part of your role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire applications, conduct testing and validation to ensure configurations meet quality standards, and document configuration processes and changes for future reference. Staying updated with the latest Guidewire technologies and best practices is essential, as is contributing to the development of innovative insurance solutions aligned with company goals. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in all configurations and participating in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge are also key aspects of this position. Effective communication with stakeholders is imperative for project success. Qualifications for this role include strong experience in GW Cloud Integration Framework and Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamentals, proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire Ins Suite Integration, expertise in PCF and Gosu for application configuration, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.,
