Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. You should have extensive expertise in Guidewire Studio, Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental, Guidewire ContactManager, and Guidewire ClaimCenter. Your role will involve leading the development and implementation of Guidewire solutions, ensuring seamless integration of ContactManager and ClaimCenter, and optimizing system performance using Guidewire Studio and Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions and mentoring junior developers will also be key responsibilities. Troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining documentation, staying updated with industry advancements, and adhering to best practices for software development are essential for this role. You should possess strong leadership skills, a proactive learning approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Responsibilities include: - Leading the development and implementation of Guidewire solutions to meet business requirements. - Overseeing the integration of Guidewire ContactManager and ClaimCenter for seamless operations. - Providing technical expertise in Guidewire Studio and Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental for system optimization. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions. - Ensuring the quality and performance of Guidewire applications through rigorous testing and validation. - Mentoring and guiding junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in Guidewire technologies. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Guidewire applications. - Developing and maintaining technical documentation for all Guidewire-related projects. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in Guidewire technologies and incorporating them into projects. - Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Implementing best practices for software development and ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Driving the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines and resources effectively. Qualifications: - Strong experience in Guidewire Studio, Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental, Guidewire ContactManager, and Guidewire ClaimCenter. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior developers. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. - Updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong understanding of software development best practices. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies. - Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
