Guidewire BC Config Senior

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in Guidewire implementation projects, with a strong background in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, and ANT. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as a team leader. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project execution. Plan and monitor project deliverables to meet customer expectations. Mentor the project team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators to track progress. Interface with customer representatives to address any issues or concerns. Willing to travel to customer locations as needed. ### Job Requirements Experience in Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration, including thorough knowledge of concepts like Delinquency, Disbursements, Collections, Write-off, Transfer Policy, and New Payment Batch. Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Experience with Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Knowledge of Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic is required. Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably from an insurance domain background. Excellent business communication and leadership skills. Prior client-facing experience is preferred. Experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector is preferred. Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration is a plus. Understanding and experience of software development best practices.
