As an Intern at Fusion Beauty, your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling exhibitor queries related to stall fabrication guidelines, hall structure, and operations guidelines. You will be responsible for venue management, working on costing, finding the right vendors, and hiring them. Negotiating prices with vendors and coordinating with the fabricator between the client and organizer will be essential tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure the hall is prepared before showtime, check all vendors" work thoroughly, and prepare guidelines for booth construction for fabricators and exhibitors. Visiting trade shows to enhance the standard of your own show, preparing the exhibitor manual, and organizing technical seminars and conferences will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will work on data search from Google, handle SMS and email campaigns on the database, and contribute to the overall success of Fusion Beauty. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the trade show industry and contribute to the growth of international trade shows in India.
