Role & responsibilities Interact telephonically and via email with customers registered online in portal to understand well their business requirements Office located in Saravanampatty Coimbatore, near Prozone mall. Highlight the key features of the portal and encourage customers to try the features. Coordinate with the back-end team as required to deliver the services Demonstrate a positive attitude, work independently and with little supervision and complete assigned tasks successfully Preferred candidate profile Experienced in convincing clients to conclude a sale Fluent in English. Additional languages, especially Hindi is an added advantage. 1-5 years of work experience. Freshers can apply as well. Experienced in sales function, preferably business to business sales Comfortable in working with monthly sales targets Experience in SAAS business & Tele Marketing or Sales a plus Perks and benefits Incentives are paid when monthly targets are met
