The Centre Manager at STEPS Center for Mental Health is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, tailored to meet the needs of the diverse age groups served by the center. Collaborating closely with the Medical Director and Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the clinic's objectives. Your primary responsibilities include managing the clinic's administration, which involves coordinating client schedules, facilitating client interactions, handling escalations, and ensuring seamless communication for prescriptions and reports. You will also be responsible for overseeing invoicing and billing for all clients and ensuring adherence to internal client processes, assessments, follow-ups, and compliance. In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining the overall upkeep and functionality of the center, including liaising with vendors for day-to-day management issues. Your role will require you to have the physical capacity to work at a computer terminal for extended periods, travel to different locations, and exhibit manual dexterity for various keyboard functions. As an ideal candidate, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline, with prior experience in premium organizations and GCCs being preferred. Experience in servicing both domestic and international clients, familiarity with systems and technology, and a track record of working collaboratively in a team with demonstrated leadership skills are highly desirable. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly spreadsheets at an advanced level, is essential. You must be adept at using Excel, WordPerfect, Word, PowerPoint, and Google suite applications. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to problem-solve effectively and take ownership of customer issues. Your role will involve planning, implementing, and updating management tools, requiring excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, along with the capability to build effective relationships with employees, patients, and the general public across all age groups, is vital. Furthermore, you should adhere to departmental and organizational policies, be receptive to feedback and criticism, and demonstrate a willingness to adjust your performance accordingly.
