Preferred Females Only Note : Only Girls Needed Greeting and assisting guests: Providing a warm welcome, offering information, and ensuring a positive first impression. Handling guest-taking the order and insuring to take the order and providing excellent service Managing reservations: Processing and updating reservations, handling inquiries, and making modifications. Resolving guest issues: Addressing guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Providing information: Answering guest questions about local attractions, services, and facilities. Maintaining the front desk: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Communicating with other departments: Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure smooth operations. Assisting with other tasks: Depending on the specific role, may assist with tasks like baggage handling, concierge services, or managing guest amenities.
