Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and room assignment.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest information.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Assist in managing phone calls, emails, and guest communication channels.
Ensure lobby cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming environment.
Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing offers to enhance guest experience.
Process payments accurately and maintain cash/transaction controls.
Follow all service standards, safety guidelines, and operating procedures.

Upholding Service Standards and Hotel Policies
Minimum 12th pass; graduate degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, PMS software experience is an advantage).
0–2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or customer-facing roles.
Prior hotel experience preferred but not mandatory.
