Guest Representative Executive

We are looking for a warm, well-groomed, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to be the face of our brand and ensure a premium client experience at our luxury jewellery store.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome clients with warmth and guide them to the appropriate Jewellery Consultant.

* Manage ambience by switching on all lights, screens, diffusers, and ensuring music is on in the designated area.

* Offer refreshments (water, tea, coffee, juice), ensuring proper serving etiquette with hygiene.

* Maintain client hospitality standards with politeness during entry and exit.

* Conduct fortnightly audits of store aesthetics – carpets, curtains, furniture, screens, trays, restrooms – and record via timestamped pictures in a Google Sheet.

* Perform daily checks on store cleanliness, fragrance, music, restrooms, display units, and snack quality with proper documentation.

* Ensure eatables are served with tissues/wet wipes, maintaining hygiene before handling jewellery.

Requirements :

* Good communication skills and a polite, client-friendly attitude

* High level of attention to detail and presentation

* Basic knowledge of hospitality or retail etiquette preferred

* Comfortable using Google Sheets and mobile apps for documentation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
