Job Summary

We are hiring a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) + Admin for an established real estate developer with nearly three decades of experience in residential and commercial developments. The candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, sales coordination and administrative support at the project sales office.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and prospective property buyers.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Maintain customer records, enquiry logs and sales-related documentation.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
• Coordinate site visits, customer appointments and meetings.
• Manage basic office administration, data entry and report preparation.
• Ensure a professional customer experience and smooth functioning of the sales office.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front office, administration or sales coordination.
• Experience in real estate or property sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and data entry.
• Well-organized, presentable and customer-oriented.
• Willingness to work from the project sales office in Virar.
