Guest Relation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a presentable, customer-centric and well-spoken Guest Relation Executive to be the first point of contact for all our customers, channel partners and visitors at our Sales Gallery / Site Office. The role is responsible for creating a premium customer experience and ensuring smooth coordination between guests and the sales team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk & Guest Management:Greet and welcome all walk-in customers, channel partners, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.Maintain visitor log, manage appointments and ensure guests are attended to without delay.Offer refreshments and ensure the sales lounge / experience center is always presentable and premium.2. Customer Experience:Understand customer requirements and route them to the respective Sales Executive.Ensure excellent customer service throughout the site visit journey - from entry to exit.Handle initial customer queries and provide basic information about projects.3. Coordination & Support:Coordinate with Sales, CRM and Marketing teams for daily footfall, follow-ups and events.Assist in organizing site visits, CP meets, customer events and property expos.Manage incoming calls, emails and maintain data in CRM / ERP system.4. Documentation & Process:Maintain daily footfall report, guest feedback forms and appointment tracker.Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards and hospitality protocols.Support in collecting customer feedback and improving service quality.Key Attributes:
