Job Location: Kanakapura / Whitefield / Sarjapur
Experience: 2 – 6 years in Front Office / Reception / Guest Relations / Hospitality
Languages Known: English, Kannada, Hindi (Telugu/Tamil – added advantage)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.

· Manage front office operations including phone calls, emails, and visitor records.

· Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant guest experience.

· Well attire and well groomed

· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and support.

· Maintain reception area cleanliness and hospitality standards.

· Schedule appointments, meetings, and handle basic administrative duties.

· Support marketing or event-related hospitality activities when required.

· Saturday and Sunday working day. Week days Week off.
