Education: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Gender: Male or Female
Location: JP Nagar III Phase, Bengaluru
Experience: 2 – 6 years in Quantity Surveying / Contracts
Languages Known: English, Kannada, Hindi (Telugu/Tamil – added advantage)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis.

· Manage quantity take-offs and material reconciliations.

· Prepare and review contracts, tenders, and billing documentation.

· Coordinate with project and site teams for cost control and progress monitoring.

· Handle subcontractor billing and verification.

· Maintain records related to project costs, variations, and claims.

· Support management with cost and contract reports.

· Required should visit the project site.

· Travelling will be there.
