Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure seamless guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Develop strong relationships with guests through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and special requests are met. Conduct regular rounds to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using our CRM system. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in Guest Relations or similar role. Excellent leadership skills with ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
