Guest Relation Executive (Ladies)

As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be integral in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating smooth communication within the office. - Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. - Answer and direct incoming calls courteously. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area. - Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the firm's services. - Connect incoming calls to the appropriate department. - Arrange seating for visitors and assist in organizing employee engagement activities. - Coordinate client meetings and ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly. - Provide administrative support to various departments as required. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - Keep employees updated on important announcements and updates. - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar, coordinating with team members for synchronized meeting schedules. - Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary. - Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, incoming calls, and relevant data, including assisting in database and contact list maintenance. - Collaborate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
