Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Greet residents, visitors, and guests warmly and professionally. Maintain a welcoming and secure environment at the reception area. Manage guest registrations and maintain visitor logs. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams to ensure seamless resident services. Handle resident and guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain records of daily operations, resident requests, and incident reports. Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs. Assist in organizing community events and activities. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Escalate unresolved issues to the Facility Manager as required.
