Guest House Incharge

Role & responsibilities:

Accomodation & Food will be provided and has to stay in the campus 24/7

• Ensure that guest check-in and check-out services are done promptly and courteously.
• Provide outstanding services and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with Event Coordinator in organizing meetings and specials events as requested by guests.
• Maintain the facility clean, safe and appealing
• Make and change room assignments according to guest requirements.
• Maintaining walk inn register and admin registers.
• Co coordinating with different Departments of the institution.
• Should have all the maintenance staff contact number Organized and in order.
• To arrange food and beverages for the guests & dignitaries, on case to case basis, after seeking the appropriate approval.
• Must be flexible with working time.
• Must have good communication skill. Should Speak English, Tamil Fluently.
• Customer Service oriented. Having Experience as (FOE) in hospitals and clinics Preferable (H.S).
• Diploma & Graduates are eligible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
