The role includes facilitating accommodation, travel, and event-related arrangements; maintaining visitor records; and ensuring all guests are received and assisted in a professional and welcoming manner in line with the institution’s standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities Assist in receiving and coordinating guests, officials, and visitors to the Amritapuri. Support accommodation, travel, and logistics arrangements for guests and events. Maintain guest registers, records, and communication logs. Coordinate with internal departments for hospitality-related requirements. Ensure proper documentation, billing coordination, and communication follow-up. Provide courteous front-office assistance and ensure timely guest support. Support hospitality management during meetings, functions, and events. Maintain confidentiality, discipline, and service quality in all guest-related interactions.
