As the Head of Content & Media for the 3 YouTube channels under Education, Finance, and Health verticals, your role is crucial in leading the growth and positioning of the channels. You will be responsible for strategic relationship-building, guest acquisition, on-camera hosting, and content leadership. Your primary focus will be to ensure high-quality, engaging, and impactful content delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Guest Acquisition & Influencer Relations - Identify and approach guests with a strong social media presence such as students, influencers, doctors, entrepreneurs, and financial experts. - Build and maintain a guest pipeline across all 3 channels. - Negotiate collaborations, cross-promotions, and social shares. - Track guest reach and audience impact including followers, engagement, and niche relevance. - On-Camera Host / Moderator - Anchor podcasts, interviews, and explainer videos. - Moderate conversations with experts and guests to ensure an engaging flow. - Content & Coordination - Collaborate with academic, finance, and medical teams to align guest topics. - Script introductions, interview questions, and conversation flow. - Coordinate with video editors/designers for polished final output. - Leadership & Growth - Ensure branding consistency across all channels. - Recommend trending formats, guests, and innovative ideas. - Integrate content strategy with business goals such as lead generation and brand authority. - Data Analytics & Performance Tracking - Monitor channel performance across views, engagement, and retention. - Track ROI of guest collaborations. - Prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement plans.
