We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager MIS & Operations to support the operations department through structured reporting, CRM data management, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires proficiency in MIS tools, CRM systems, and business analytics to enable timely insights and efficient decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. MIS Reporting & Business Analytics Prepare and share daily reports such as DA Recovery, FTD Target, and ACB reports. Generate and analyze weekly/monthly business reports: DPO penetration, visit reports, revenue analysis, target vs. achievement (CATV & BB), and stock reports. Submit reports to respective stakeholders within defined timelines (daily/5th of every month). Perform annual business analytics such as package movement, broadband price comparison, and competition reports. 2. CRM Support & Automation Manage day-to-day CRM ticket resolution related to sales tracking and user issues. Modify and upgrade CRM functionalities to integrate features like churn tracker, stock movement, auto-renewal, etc. Coordinate automation of BB reports and area activation workflows with relevant technical teams. 3. Adhoc Operational Support Prepare custom reports based on stakeholder needs. Follow up with the sales team for timely data inputs and assignment completion. Coordinate with multiple departments for data consolidation. 4. Behavioral & Core Competencies Communicate proactively and effectively with internal teams. Prioritize and plan tasks to meet deadlines. Display collaborative behavior and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Oracle Fusion SCM & Finance Support Analyst Kolkata,West Bengal,India 3 - 5 years INR 9.0 - 12.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Oracle Fusion Finance & SCM Support Analyst to provide ongoing functional and backend support within our telecom operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP) modules, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain , and a good understanding of telecom business operations such as vendor management, asset lifecycle, tower infrastructure costing, network-related procurements, and financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Functional Support Telecom Focus: Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion Finance & SCM modules: Finance : Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management SCM : Procurement, Inventory, Order Management Handle support tickets related to: Tower/infrastructure-related procurement and capitalization Network asset tracking, usage-based billing, and telecom-specific spend categories Lease accounting, vendor management, and recurring expense handling Coordinate with business users (procurement, finance, engineering) to resolve transactional or reporting issues. Backend & Technical Tasks: Upload bulk data using FBDI , ADFdi , and Spreadsheet loaders (e.g., invoices, suppliers, assets, journals). Run scheduled ESS jobs ; monitor job errors and correct data inconsistencies. Write and run basic SQL queries for issue analysis, reconciliations, and validation. Support integrations with telecom-specific systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, NMS, external asset tracking tools). Liaise with Oracle Support via SRs and coordinate resolution. Training, Testing & Documentation: Assist with testing during Oracle patches or enhancements (UAT, regression testing). Maintain telecom-specific SOPs, test cases, functional documentation, and user training materials. Conduct periodic training for business stakeholders on new features or recurring issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Telecom Engineering, Finance, or related field. 36 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience , with strong focus on Finance and SCM modules . Functional knowledge of: Finance : AP, AR, GL, FA, CM SCM : Procurement, Inventory, Order Management Strong hands-on experience with: FBDI, ADFdi Basic SQL (read/write queries, joins) BI Publisher / OTBI for report generation Understanding of telecom business processes, such as: Capex/Opex management Infra procurement and leasing Asset tracking and telecom-specific vendor contracting Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification in Financials and/or SCM,Not Mandatory Prior experience in a telecom environment or with telecom ERP integrations Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services, or REST APIs is a plus
