Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive, located in Kolkata. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with multiple departments to enhance service delivery, handling customer queries, and contributing to business growth initiatives. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in developing business strategies and managing operations Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in handling customer queries and conflict resolution Ability to work independently as well as within a team Knowledge of the cable and internet service industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
