Serving as the central point of contact, you will coordinate across multiple marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing go-to-market strategies with maximum impact. Join a small team that drives strategic alignment, manages dependencies, and turns complex projects into streamlined GTM launches. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document 360 GTM plans. - **Reporting:** Lead Performance and Results Reporting process, coordinating inputs across functions. - **Program Management Leadership:** Support end-to-end GTM program management for product launches. - **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Serve as a key liaison across a complex cross-functional team for an effective GTM strategy. - **Risk & Dependency Management:** Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans. - **Communication:** Establish clear communication channels, providing regular updates on program status and milestones. - **Process Improvement:** Continuously assess and refine processes to improve efficiency for future launches. **Qualifications Required:** - *Go to Market Strategic Thinking:* +6 years of experience in go-to-market strategies, preferably in-house, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable GTM plans. - *Program Management:* Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with attention to detail. - *Data Analysis:* Strong analytical skills to work across varied data sets. - *Narrative Building:* Ability to create compelling storytelling presentation decks. - *Mindset:* Proactive approach, thriving in ambiguity. - *Collaboration:* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders. - *Tools:* Proficiency in project management software and GTM-related tools. - *Passion for AI:* Curiosity and interest in AI and new technologies; understanding of AI tools is beneficial. **Additional Company Details:** OLIVER is committed to ambitious environmental goals around sustainability, with science-based emissions reduction targets.
